My presentation will bring the stories to life with engaging activities and storytelling that will keep the students captivated. WRITING CHILDREN'S BOOKS IN ENGLISH DESPITE LANGUAGE LIMITATIONS
ESCRIBIENDO LIBROS INFANTILES EN INGLÉS A PESAR DE LAS LIMITACIONES DEL IDIOMA
I was born and raised in Peru, a Spanish-speaking country, but I chose to write my books in English and Spanish. I feel a passion for the topics I choose to write about and I want to share this passion with children. Even though my English speaking isn't perfect, that hasn't stopped me from writing children's books in English. I want to share with children that language doesn't have to be a limitation and that it's possible to learn and achieve great things. My books are full of stories and lessons that children will love while also learning. My books will also help children learn to be brave and confident in their abilities, no matter what language they speak.

Nací y me crié en Perú, un país de habla hispana, pero elegí escribir mis libros en inglés y español. Siento una pasión por los temas que elijo para escribir y quiero compartir esta pasión con los niños. Aunque mi habla inglesa no es perfecta, eso no me ha impedido escribir libros infantiles en inglés. Quiero compartir con los niños que el lenguaje no tiene que ser una limitación y que es posible aprender y lograr grandes cosas. Mis libros están llenos de historias y lecciones que a los niños les encantarán al mismo tiempo que aprenden. Mis libros también ayudarán a los niños a aprender a ser valientes y confiados en sus habilidades, sin importar qué lenguaje hablen.

I would LOVE to visit your school or library! My presentations are based around self-love, gratitude, friendship and other transformative concepts that are part of my children's books topics, I also include activities such as dancing, fun gratitude techniques, and self-love practices!
